Rub a dub dub

We have a new neighbors who have a son right around Carter's age (finally!!!). We went to the pool with them the other day and Carter loved riding in their baby raft. So we dusted off Carter's baby raft from last summer to let him ride in it some. I think he had more fun playing with it in the house than at the pool!
